This Billing & Payment Terms policy outlines accepted payment methods, currency standards, tax requirements, and payment security measures enforced across our store.

1. Payment Methods & Processing

We accept secure, industry-standard payment methods at checkout. Orders will only be processed and queued for fulfillment once full payment confirmation is received.

• Mobile Money (M-Pesa): Instant payments via M-Pesa Express or official Buy Goods / Paybill details provided strictly at checkout.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and major payment cards processed via encrypted payment gateways.
• Direct Bank Transfer (EFT / RTGS): Electronic transfers directly to our official corporate account. Bank transfer details are generated at checkout. Proof of payment must be emailed to sales@triontechnologyltd.com for manual verification.
• In-Store Pay on Pickup: Cash or M-Pesa payments accepted physically at our shop prior to stock pickup.

We do not accept personal checks or unverified third-party IOUs.

2. Supported Currency & Pricing

• No Hidden Fees: Trion Technology Ltd does not charge hidden merchant processing surcharges or payment handling fees. If using an international card or foreign account, your issuing bank may apply currency conversion rates or cross-border processing fees.

3. Order Verification & Security Screening

To protect our customers against payment fraud and secure all transaction data:

• Security Verification: All digital card and mobile money transactions undergo automated fraud screening. We reserve the right to hold or delay dispatch for orders flagged for payment mismatch or security verification.
• Billing Address Authorization: For card payments, your billing and contact information must match the details on file with your card issuer or banking provider.
• Order Cancellation for Unverified Payments: Unpaid or unconfirmed orders via Bank Transfer or M-Pesa will be automatically canceled if payment is not confirmed within 24 hours of order placement.

4. Billing Errors & Adjustments

• Discrepancies: In the event of a billing error, pricing discrepancy, or system calculation glitch during checkout, Trion Technology Ltd reserves the right to notify you before order dispatch to adjust or correct the charge.
• Resolution Choice: If an item’s correct price is higher than listed due to a technical error, you will be offered the choice to pay the balance or receive a complete cancellation and full payment refund.

5. Refunds & Chargeback Policy

• Approved Refunds: Any approved order cancellations (pre-dispatch) or overpayment adjustments are refunded using the original payment channel (M-Pesa, card refund, or bank transfer).
• Processing Windows: Verified refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution or provider.
• Dispute Resolution: If you encounter a billing concern, please contact our support desk immediately at sales@triontechnologyltd.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your financial provider, so we can assist in resolving it promptly.
